Every price, in plain numbers.
Scope is fixed before work starts, the price is written into it, and nothing locks you in. Invoices are issued in euros by my French entity.
An independent feasibility study of one technical question costs from €8,500 and takes ten working days. A three-day Red-Flag Read costs €900. Technical due diligence on a deal starts at €12,000. A fractional head of R&D costs from €6,000 a month for the equivalent of one day a week.
Included in everything
- A mutual NDA before anything is shared.
- A fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts.
- Personal verification of every step by me. Nothing machine-generated reaches you unchecked.
- The scripts and inputs to reproduce the result.
- Your IP stays yours: reports, data and code produced for you are assigned to you on payment.
- A personal reply within one working day.
The fine print, up front
- Fixed-scope work is invoiced 70 % at kick-off and 30 % on delivery; the balance is due whatever the verdict says.
- Retainers are invoiced at the start of each month and stop with 30 days' notice, no fee.
- If the scoping call shows a question cannot be answered within the offer, I say so before you pay anything.
- One revision round is included in fixed-scope work.
- Background tools and methods remain mine and are licensed to you for the engagement.
- I promise reasonable skill and care, not a particular outcome; liability is capped at the fees paid.
- Conflicts are declared before I accept any diligence work.
Pricing questions.
Why publish prices?
Because you should be able to tell whether an engagement fits your budget before you book a call. Prices are fixed on the scoping call and written into the scope; the ranges here are where they start.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown before any applicable tax. The invoice states the tax treatment that applies to your country and mine.
Do you offer a discount for several engagements?
A Red-Flag Read is credited against a Sprint or a Due Diligence, and a Sprint is credited against the first retainer month. Funds and consultancies with regular work can agree a per-deal or per-day rate on the call.
What if I want to stop a retainer?
Thirty days' notice, no fee. Everything produced for you is already in your repositories and documents.
Start with one question.
Send a short description of the technology and the decision it informs. I reply personally, usually within one working day, and a first call is twenty minutes with no commitment on either side.
